Trustworthy AI, and the paperwork to prove it.

Trust is the number-one reason Australian businesses hold back on AI. So we engineer for it from the start — in the products we ship, and in every system we build for a client.

A deadline is coming.

The rules on automated decision-making change, and most businesses aren't ready for them.

10 Dec 2026
Privacy Act — automated decisions

From this date, businesses must disclose which decisions they make by automated means and what personal information those decisions use. The OAIC can issue compliance notices and financial penalties.

Every AI system we build ships with the documentation, disclosure and audit trail this requires — so compliance is something you already have, not a scramble in November.

How we build trust in

Four things that come standard.

These aren't extras we quote for. They're how we engineer AI — in our own products, and in every system we build for a client. If it can't be trusted, it isn't finished.

Data security

encryption · access · residency

Encryption, least-privilege access, data residency, and hard boundaries on how your data is used. Your information never becomes someone else's training set.

Guardrails and oversight

filtering · evaluation · human-in-the-loop

Input and output filtering, evaluation pipelines, and a person in the loop on decisions that carry consequence. AI does the lifting; a human signs off.

Governed and auditable

ISO 42001 · National AI Centre

Aligned to recognised responsible-AI frameworks, with the logging and transparency to show how a given decision was reached.

Privacy by design

Australian Privacy Principles

Personal information handled under the APPs from day one — privacy in the architecture, not bolted on after a breach.

Australia's AI Safety Standard

The ten guardrails — and what we do about each.

Australia's Voluntary AI Safety Standard sets out ten guardrails, closely mirrored by the proposed rules for high-risk AI. Here's how we meet each one — the technical ones backed by real engineering, the organisational ones by documented process.

01Accountability

A named owner and a documented governance process for every AI system — who decides, who signs off, who is answerable.

02Risk management

AI risk assessed before build and reviewed as it runs, with mitigations recorded — the severity of a decision sets the controls around it.

03Data governance & security

Encryption, least-privilege access, data residency, and personal-information minimisation — sensitive data is stripped before it reaches a model.

04Testing

Evaluation before deployment and grounding checks on live output, so answers stay supported by their source instead of drifting into confident guesses.

05Human control

A person in the loop on decisions that carry consequence — the system escalates to human review rather than acting alone.

06Inform end-users

Clear disclosure when a decision is AI-assisted or automated — built to the Privacy Act automated-decision rules taking effect 10 December 2026.

07Challenge & appeal

An accessible path for people to question an AI-influenced outcome and have it reviewed by a human.

08Supply-chain transparency

We document what our AI does and its limits, so you can represent it honestly to your own customers and regulators.

09Records & audit

Every guarded decision is logged — what was checked, what triggered, what happened — evidence you can produce on request.

10Stakeholder engagement

The people affected by a system are consulted in its design, with feedback loops that keep shaping it after launch.

Alignment and implementation — not a claim of formal certification. Reference: the Australian Government's Voluntary AI Safety Standard.

Enablement, not replacement

AI that makes your people better — not AI that replaces them.

The AI adoption that works pairs automation with your team's judgement: freeing people from repetitive work so they spend time where humans actually add value.

Built alongside your team

We work with your people and share what we know as we go — documentation and knowledge transfer are part of every build, so it's yours to run and extend when we're done.

A custom solution, not a black box

You get the code, the architecture and the data — fitted to how your business actually works. No proprietary black box, no hostage-taking at renewal.

Humans in the loop

On decisions that carry real consequence, a person signs off. AI surfaces the reasoning; your team keeps the final say.

Adopt AI without the risk hanging over you.
